Alex Shindelman moved to the United States from Riga, Latvia, and began his coaching career shortly after completing a standout playing career that included time with the Latvian U20 National Team, the Omaha Lancers and Rochester Mustangs of the USHL, and the Boston Junior Bruins.

With over 25 years of combined playing and coaching experience, Alex has trained and developed hockey players at nearly every level. His coaching resume includes leading teams in the NA3HL and multiple successful AAA programs and being selected to coach at the prestigious OHL Showcase in Toronto. 

Alex has consistently helped his players advance to higher levels of competition, with his teams earning multiple playoff appearances, district finals, and national appearances. Alex expects players to bring a strong work ethic, a positive mindset, and a genuine commitment to improving every time they step on the ice.
